General
This RION Jewelry Repair Contract and Receipt (this “Agreement”) is entered by DBA RION Jewelry (“RION"), a Washington limited liability company, and the undersigned ("I" “my” “you” “your” “Client"). RION offers jewelry Repair, Custom Jewelry crafting, and retail sales services to its clients (“Services”). The Services are offered to Client under the terms of this Agreement.

Acknowledgements*
You certify that the information included in the above fields, including the “Jewelry Description” field, is a complete and accurate description of the item of jewelry you have asked RION to repair. RION is not responsible for any loss caused by an inaccurate or incomplete description of the item to be repaired. You further agree and acknowledge that RION may be unable to repair the jewelry provided but will act in good faith to ensure proper handling of the jewelry provided by Client.
Waiting Period*
You understand that it may take 3-4 weeks for your repair to be completed. You understand that 3 to 4 weeks is an estimate, and that some repair orders may take less or more time to arrive. If RION determines that we need to employ a third party to complete the repair, the waiting period may extend to several months.
Additional Costs*
Repair costs can vary, as well as our ability to repair in-house. Upon assessment, if it is determined by RION or the jewelry manufacturer that the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect, you may be responsible for the additional repair and shipping costs.
Shipment of Goods*
You understand that, in the event that RION needs to ship your jewelry to a third party to complete the repair, the jewelry must be shipped by common carrier to and from RION’s physical location. RION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
90-Day Hold*
Once your repair order has arrived, RION will call and/or email you up to three (3) times to notify you. You understand that if you do not pick up your jewelry repair order within 90 days, ownership of jewelry will be transferred to RION and you will not be reimbursed for the value of the item or cost of the repair.
Severability*
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between RION and Client. Any other oral or written prior agreements or understandings are superseded hereby. Any amendment to this Agreement must be in writing signed by all parties.
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
