Non-Refundable *
I understand that my deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance and will be applied to the final cost of my tattoo.

Cancellations / Reschedule *
I understand that my appointment time is reserved exclusively for me. If I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment, I must notify my artist at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of my deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another session.

No-Call / No-Show*
I understand that failing to show up for my scheduled appointment without contacting my artist will be considered a no-call/ no-show.

This will result in the forfeiture of my deposit and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Repeated no-call/ no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings.

If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
