If you or someone other Rhian is fitting the jewellery for you then any damage caused by the fitting will not be eligible for a free replacement unless there a is fault from the manufacturer in which case will need to assess the jewellery before returning it to the manufacturer.

Is the jewellery purchased a gift for someone else
If you are purchasing this jewellery for someone else, it is advised they have it fitted by Rhian to avoid any damage that may be caused during fitting. You may not be eligible for a replacement if it gets damaged whilst fitting the jewellery yourself

How your jewellery works
You have been shown how your Jewellery works and how to sufficiently insert or remove your jewellery should you need to do this yourself.
Possible irritations
I understand that if my piercing is still in the healing stages, that I may encounter some swelling, redness and/or tenderness to the area and that I should continue to keep it clean and look after the piercing.
Jewellery security
I agree that my jewellery has been fitted securely and safely by the Piercer and throughly checked for tightness. I understand that this not not a guarantee that it won't come out should it get caught or pulled out and I have been shown how to check its in securely on a daily basis and should I lose the jewellery, I will not receive a free replacement or refund
Lifetime guarantee
I understand that my jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturers defaults. My piercer has throughly inspected the jewellery before insertion and should the jewellery break after it's been worn, then it is at my piercers discretion to inspect and decide if the jewellery is faulty as per the manufacturers. If damage the jewellery through catching, removing or inserting it then I will not receive a replacement or refund and will be liable to pay full price for a replacement piece.
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
