All custom order deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to other merchandise.
You have two months from the date of arrival to pick up your jewelry or your deposit will be forfeited. If you are not able to provide the full deposit initially then you have six months from the time you initially made the deposit to complete the deposit. If you do not complete the deposit after 6 months, your deposit will be forfeited.

Once your order is placed with the jewelry company, its arrival date is out of our hands. We will provide an estimated arrival date based on that company’s current wait time, but wait times are subject to change without notice. Body Piercing by Bink has no control over the time it takes for the company to produce your jewelry once the order is placed.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you are aware the jewelry could take longer than the estimated arrival date. Please be sure that your order and contact information are correct before signing below.

If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
