1. Measurement & Order Responsibility* The "Buyer" is responsible for providing accurate measurements before ordering.
The "Seller" is not liable for incorrect sizing provided by the "Buyer."
Custom orders cannot be altered or canceled once placed. No refunds or exchanges will be given for incorrect measurements.

2. Production Times & Delays* The "Buyer" understands that the following brands have estimated production times, which have been explained and accepted.
These timeframes are estimates only, as stone availability, supplier delays, and customs processes may affect the timeline.
Orders may arrive sooner, but once placed, we have limited control over the final delivery time.

3. Payment Terms & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid by the agreed upon date.

If the "Buyer" fails to complete payment, the deposit will be retained to cover costs incurred, as custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

This retention reflects the financial loss to Stay Sharp Studio, including manufacturer commitments and material costs.
The "Buyer" acknowledges that the order will proceed as planned, and full payment remains due to receive the goods.

Returns & Warranty Policy* Stay Sharp Studio follows UK consumer law regarding returns.
Due to hygiene regulations, body jewelry is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless it is faulty.

Warranty Coverage:
All jewelry is covered by a Lifetime Warranty, guaranteeing the quality of materials and craftsmanship.
Warranty claims apply only to defects in materials or workmanship and cover a like-for-like replacement of the same piece from the same brand.
All returns must be inspected and approved by the manufacturer before a replacement is issued.
In the case of custom orders, original wait/production times apply.

What is NOT covered? Loss, accidental damage, or general wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

5. Provisions & Legal Compliance* This agreement complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in this agreement affects the Buyer’s statutory rights.
Custom orders are exempt from cancellation rights under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 unless faulty.
Stay Sharp Studio reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if the jewelry shows signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to seek resolution through direct communication before taking legal action.
By completing payment, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
