By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all clients.
Photo Identification *
Please take photo(s) of your government issued photo IDs and related paperwork
Please provide a photograph of your government-issued ID. You'll also need this for your consent form, which you should have received via email — so keep it handy!

For minors (under 16s), we require ID for both the accompanying adult and the person being pierced.

1. Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to receive a refund. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from any refunded amount.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund, and 100% of the booking fee will be retained.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
2. Rescheduling Appointments

Rescheduling must also be made in writing via e-mail.

You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule without penalty.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee, as we may not be able to fill the slot on short notice.
3. Lateness Policy

Appointments start and end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, a £5 penalty will apply.

If it is no longer safe, fair, or feasible to proceed with your appointment due to lateness, your booking may be forfeited, and 100% of the booking fee will be retained. A new booking and full payment will be required.
4. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend without prior written notice is considered a late cancellation, and 100% of the booking fee will be retained.
5. Age Restrictions & ID Requirements

All clients must meet age requirements as outlined in our Age Restriction Policy.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all appointments. Failure to provide valid ID will result in the appointment being treated as a late cancellation.

For minors, both the minor and the legal guardian must present photo ID.
Piercing Age Requirements

Ages 8+

Earlobe Piercings
Guardian must be present with photo ID for both guardian and minor.

Ages 14+

Helix, Forward Helix, Tragus, Flat, Conch, Nose, Navel
Photo ID required. If under 16, a guardian must be present with photo ID for both parties.

Ages 16+

Rook, Daith, Industrial, Septum, Lip
Photo ID required.

Ages 18+

High Nostril, Mantis, Eyebrow, Bridge, Nipple
Photo ID required.
Jewelry costs are separate from the service fee and are payable on the day of your appointment (unless jewelry has been pre-purchased online.)

We offer a wide selection in Titanium, and 14ct or 18ct Solid Gold.

Starting Prices:

Labrets (Cartilage, Earlobe, Lip, Nostril): from £20.00 each

Barbells (Tongue, Industrial, Nipple): from £30.00 each

Curved Barbells (Rooks, Navels): from £30.00 each

We do not allow external jewelry, including items purchased from brands we carry. Only brand-new, sterile, and traceable jewelry will be used to ensure hygiene and optimal healing.
7. Chaperones & Studio Conduct

Under 16s

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The piercing requested must comply with our Age Restrictions Policy.

18+ Piercings

If the client must be 18+, their accompanying chaperone must also be 18 or older.

Moral Support / Guest Policy

Chaperones or guests providing moral support must be at least 14 years old, unless the piercing requires the client to be 18+, in which case no guests will be allowed in the procedure room.

Chaperones must remain seated, follow staff instructions, and not cause distractions.
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
