I do understand that the fashion color I am receiving will fade. Significant fadage may occur, and a lighter color will result.
I have chosen NOT to pre-lighten my hair and understand the possible outcome without pre-lightening
I understand that it is best to not shampoo for 2-3 days post coloring
I understand that if I do not purchase the recommended take home care, I cannot hold the salon responsible for what occurs.
My stylist has made me aware of the possibilities due to the porosity of my hair. ie; considerable fadage
I have been made aware that this color will not fade completely and that I may need additional services to cover or remove if unwanted.
I do realize that Chlorinated pools, well water and Sun exposure will significantly impact the color retention
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
