Release waiver understanding the process of Custom Hair Painting
Please read and answer
My stylist has explained the steps and processes needed to perform a Hand Painted service on my hair.
My stylist has explained that I may not achieve my desired look today. It may take more than 1-2 sessions to achieve the desired results.
My stylist has explained that I may need additional color or services in order to achieve my desired results. I fully understand there will be additional charges as well.
My stylist has explained the necessary post care of my hair for the optimal results. If I choose not to purchase these items from Fringe, I cannot hold them responsible for less than desired results.
I have given my Stylist all of my hair history for the last 2-5 years.
If there is anything I have omitted, I cannot hold Fringe responsible for poor performance of this service.
I fully understand that I cannot wash my hair for 48 hours.
I have been notified of services such as a purifying treatment or a bonding treatment that will enhance/protect my hair during the services.
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
