CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are free of charge and are scheduled for up to 30 minutes. During this time, it is the client’s responsibility to provide the artist with all necessary information related to their tattoo. This includes:

Reference images or source material

Desired size (in inches)

Placement on the body

Preferred style

Budget range

Timeframe or deadlines

If a consultation is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or the client is more than 10 minutes late, a $50 fee will be required to reschedule a future consultation.

Consultations may also be completed via email at no cost.

PRICE AND QUOTES

All pricing is subject to change at any time.

Based on the information provided during the consultation, your artist may offer a rough estimate or quote. Please note that this is an estimate only, and the final price may vary depending on the actual time, detail, and complexity required during the appointment.

If any changes are made to the tattoo design, size, or placement between the consultation and the appointment, the quote may be adjusted accordingly.

DEPOSITS

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to book and secure a tattoo appointment. No appointments will be held without a deposit.

Minimum deposit: $50

Full-day booking deposit: $200 - $500

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are held and applied to the final sitting of the current tattoo project.

Deposits are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. After 12 months, unused deposits will expire and can no longer be applied to future appointments.

CANCELATIONS

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If less than 3 business days’ notice is given to reschedule or cancel an appointment, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Seasonal Policy:
During the months of November, December, and January, a minimum of 1 week’s notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being void.

Additional Conditions:

Clients are allowed up to 3 reschedules or cancellations per project. After the third, the deposit will be void—regardless of notice given.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without prior contact, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit voided.

TOUCH UPS

Touch-Up Policy

Touch-ups are not complimentary.

It is understood that each tattoo is designed and applied to the best of the artist’s ability, with proper aftercare instructions provided at the time of the appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to support proper healing.

If you believe a touch-up may be required, a consultation can be scheduled to assess the area and determine whether a full-price session applies or a reduced-rate touch-up may be offered.

TATTOO PREP

Health & Appointment Preparation Policy

If you arrive to your appointment intoxicated, overexposed to the sun, or in any state that may interfere with the success of your tattoo (including illness or impaired judgment), your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Come Prepared:

Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.

Ensure your shoes/slippers are clean before entering the studio.

Eat a good meal before your appointment to avoid lightheadedness or fatigue.

You're welcome to bring snacks and drinks (snacks may be consumed in the waiting area only).

If you'd like to listen to music or watch something during your session, please bring your own headphones.

Guests:

Friends or family are not permitted in the tattoo area unless approved in advance by the artist.

We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

Hand, Face, Fingers, Feet

I understand that tattoos on hands, fingers, feet, and faces carry unique risks and limitations compared to other areas of the body, including but not limited to:

Fading and Blurring: These areas are high movement and high exposure zones. Tattoos here are prone to faster fading, spreading, and blurring due to frequent use, friction, and sun exposure.

Healing Issues: Tattoos in these areas may heal unevenly, with greater chances of ink loss, patchiness, or excessive peeling. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve and maintain results.

Touch-Ups Not Guaranteed: touch-ups in these areas are not free of charge and may be at the artist’s discretion.

Infection Risk: These areas are more exposed to dirt, bacteria, and daily contact, increasing the risk of infection if aftercare is not followed strictly.

Visibility & Career Impact: Tattoos in visible areas such as the hands and face may impact employment opportunities, social perception, or personal relationships.

Client Responsibility: I understand that I am fully responsible for the decision to be tattooed in these areas, and I accept that the artist and studio cannot guarantee the longevity, clarity, or outcome of the tattoo.

By signing this waiver, I confirm that I understand the above risks and accept full responsibility for receiving a tattoo on my hands, fingers, feet, or face.

By sending a deposit the client is agreeing to the terms above.

If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
