Mask Requirement*
Do you agree to wearing a mask that is properly fitted and will not require being held in place during your appointment? Do you agree that you will wear your mask while in Skye Tattoo for the duration of your appointment minus breaks? If you forget a mask prior to entering, text your artist. A disposable mask will be provided for for free or reusable masks will be available for purchase.
Temperature Requirement*
Do you agree to having your temperature taken? The CDC considers a person to have a fever when they have measured a temperature of 100.4. A fever / temp of 100.4 or greater can be a symptom of Covid-19 and will require you to reschedule.
Symptomatic Allergies*
Do you agree that symptoms of illness or severe allergies will require rescheduling of your appointment? Due to health concerns, concerns for our clients, the shop environment and artists, all allergy symptoms or symptoms of being sick ie: coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat etc will require the appointment to be rescheduled or stopped. Even with just having allergy symptoms this still applies because coughing and sneezing can still transmit an asymptomatic Covid-19 infection. This applies for the artist as well and may require your artists to reschedule.
Consultation Deposit*
Our shop requires a $25 deposit for our consultations, which will go towards your tattoo. It holds your slot for the consultation and ensures your time with your artist. This deposit is non-refundable. If you choose not to show up for your scheduled consultation without calling at least 48 hours in advance, you will have to place another deposit to schedule another appointment.

Tattoo Deposit at the time of your Consultation*
Our shop requires a deposit of $75 ($150 for day sessions) to book your Tattoo Appointment. This fee goes towards the last session of your tattoo. The deposit is non-refundable. If you choose not to show up for your scheduled appointment without calling at least 48 hours in advance, you will have to place another deposit to schedule another appointment.
Draw Fees if Applicable*
Our shop has a draw fee of $50 dollars an hour. This fee does not go towards your tattoo cost. This ensures that our artists get compensated for their time working on your custom artwork.

Initial draw fee is quoted and charged during the consultation. In the instance that the drawing needs to be changed any more than minor tweaks (this typically occupies no more than one hour), it may be subject to additional charge.

For example. If you show up for your appointment, and you and your artist spend multiple hours changing the artwork, this time will be charged as additional draw time ($50/hour draw fee). This is to compensate the artist for their time spent.

Appointment Understanding*
I understand that this appointment is limited to one person, 30 minutes max.

If I am early, I will wait patiently for my turn.

If I am late to my appointment I am limited to the time that is left available during my appointment time.

If I am a no-call or no-show, I forfeit my deposit and it will require a new deposit and new appointment.
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
