Deposits must be paid before an appointment can be booked. The deposit will come off the FINAL cost/session of the tattoo. The amount of the deposit will depend on the estimated cost of the tattoo. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please don't forget to personally speak to your artist if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments are worked on in the order they are received, so be mindful and respect that you are not the only client your artist is working on.
The following will result in a forfeit of your deposit:

No call, no show
Less then 48 hour notice of cancellation or/reschedule
Tardiness of 15 minutes
Rescheduling more then 2 times
Leaving a deposit for 30 days without contact
Changing idea/placement/design/size/budget without proper notice of 48 hours minimum(understand artists have the right to turn down any design\style changes if it’s not the original design/style chosen)
I understand this agreement.
If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
