Practitioner:*
The artist has the right to refuse any client and any tattoo. If the client is rude, disrespectful or abusive, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be VOID. Clients in this nature are subject to be banned from receiving any services, from any artist at the studio, at any future time.

All tattoo appointments are subject to a $50 set up fee in addition to only the first hour or minimum rate. Touch ups are also subject to the set up fee.

CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are free of charge and are up to 30 minutes in duration.
During the consultation, it is up to the client to provide their artist with all required information for their tattoo. This includes source materials, reference photos, size in inches, placement, style, budget, time frame, ect. If a consultation is cancelled within 48 hours notice or the client is 10 minutes late, the next consultation will have a fee of $50. Consultations can be done via Email for free.

PRICE AND QUOTES
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Based on the information provided to the artist, a rough estimate or quote may be given. Quotes are subject to change based on the appointment and the time required to complete the tattoo. If any changes to the tattoo are requested between the consultation and the tattoo appointment, the price may also change.

CUSTOM DRAWINGS
artists may charge an art fee based on the time required to prepare any designs. Art fees are $20 +, additional drawings or changes are subject to additional fees. Art fees are non refundable and not a deposit.
Changes to the design after the initial consultation could result in the tattoo appointment being moved, cancelled and could result in the deposit voided. Artists work to complete all drawings in a timely and efficient manner to provide the best quality work for your tattoo, therefore you agree to complete the project within 12 months of the initial deposit payment, deposits will be forfeit after 12 months of discontinuation.
Artists are not required to send you drawings prior to your appointment, if you wish to see your design a second consultation is required. After 2 consultations you are required to pay a consultation fee of $50.

DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to book a tattoo appointment. No appointments will be held without a deposit. Minimum deposits are $100 +, full day deposits are $200 +. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable and held until the final sitting of the current project. After 12 months time deposits expire and can no longer be used.

CANCELATIONS
If less than 3 BUSINESS days notice is given to change or move a tattoo appointment, 50% of the deposit will be void, and an additional deposit will be required to book the tattoo appointment.
If less than 48h notice is given 100% of the deposit is void.
During the months of November, December, and January 1 WEEK notice is required to rebook, or the deposit will be void.

3 cancelations/rebookings are permitted, then the deposit is void, regardless of the amount of notice given
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without contact, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit void.
If you reschedule your appointment more than once your deposit can be subjected to void.

TOUCH UPS
Touch-ups will require a consultation first to determine the requirements of the touch up.
A set up fee / deposit may be required to book any touch ups.

It is of the understanding that the tattoo was planned and executed to the best of the artist's ability and proper aftercare was explained by the artist and carried out by the client.

Touch up consultations need to be made within 4 months of the tattoo being done, otherwise it will be full price.

TATTOO PREP
If you have been overexposed to sun, are intoxicated or arrive in a state that does not allow the success of the tattoo, you will be required to rebook and forfeit your deposit.

Come prepared:
It is recommended you wear appropriate clothing to access the tattoo area easily ,have clean shoes / slippers/ etc.
Have a good meal before your appointment.
Bring snacks and drinks ( snacks can be consumed in the waiting area only)

If you bring music or something to watch you must have your own headphones.

Family and friends are not permitted in the tattoo area without Artist permission.

18 +
NO junior artist will tattoo any person under the age of 18.

EXTRA NOTES
Junior Artist’s will not tattoo certain area’s on the body, and have the right to refuse based on placement and size.

By sending a deposit the client is agreeing to the terms above.

If any provision, section, subsection, clause or phrase of this release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion shall be severed from this contract. The remainder of this contract will then be construed as though the unenforceable portion had never been contained in this document.
